Bonnie and Ilene. Who are we? What do we do? Why Miami?

Bonnie Brooks and Ilene Tessler are the original Miami Beach award winning team. They have been the best of friends since going to Junior High School on Miami Beach. It has been a friendship of over 40 years and a business partnership of more than 25 years.

They are both long time residence of Miami Beach . The areas which they've held record breaking sales are Bal Harbour Village, Bay Harbor Islands, Keystone Point, Sans Souci Estates, Miami Beach, and the Venetian Islands. "Experience and integrity are our operative words," said the duo. "We live by them. We pride ourselves in delivering the ultimate in service and results." Brooks and Tessler specialize in high-end properties, both homes and condominiums, throughout South Florida. Their work has earned them numerous awards over the years.

Bonnie and Ilene recently made their first move in decades to join forces with Turnberry International Realty. While with Coldwell Banker they were honored with their highest award: Members of the Legend Society. This membership represents the top 1/4 of 1 percent all CB Sales Associates worldwide. Having sold upwards of $75 million in a single year, their record is strong. Bonnie and Ilene are listed in "Who's Who in Luxury" Real Estate Award of Excellence. They are active members of the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches, and the Masters Brokers Forum.

Joanna Tessler is a native of Miami and the other daughter of Ilene Tessler, Joanna feels as if she has been in the world of real estate for most of her life for having tagged along with her mother on many showings when she was young. Following her run in selling properties in Manhattan with Halstead Properties, Joanna moved back to Miami several years ago. "It's a true family affair. We live, love and sell Miami, "said Brooks and Tessler. "We love our product: It's what we call home."

Michele Tessler Berlowitz

Michele has been working with Bonnie and Ilene for 12 years. Not only has she been on the team the longest, she is also the daughter of Ilene Tessler.  Who better to learn from?  After graduating college, Michele got her Real Estate license and never turned back.  She learned the business from the best and loves her work. She lives in Bay Harbor with her family.  She’s fun, she knows the market.  You can always count on Michele to pull through, anytime, anywhere…

Joanna Tessler

A native of Miami and the other daughter of Ilene Tessler, Joanna feels as if she has been in the world of Real Estate for her lifetime.   Following her run of selling properties in Manhattan with Halstead Property, Joanna moved back home to Miami to start a family of her own and join the success of the ‘Team.’ She is committed to her customers and will always do whatever it takes to make things happen. 

Jennifer Bienstock

Jennifer began her real estate career in 2000, as an intern for one of the co-owners of Wimbish-Riteway Realtors. After graduating from the University of Florida in August of 2000, with a Bachelors of Science in Finance, she pursued a full time career with Wimbish-Riteway Realtors, which later became Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. Jennifer brings seven years experience and knowledge of the real estate business, in addition to phenomenal organizational skills and an eye for detail to the team.
