Bonnie Brooks and Ilene Tessler of Open Door Miami are not only an award-winning team, but represent a 40 plus year friendship. Bonnie and Ilene have been the best of friends since attending Junior High School on Miami Beach.

The real estate team has held record breaking sales in Bal Harbour Village, Bay Harbor Islands, Keystone Point, Sans Souci Estates, Miami Beach, and the Venetian Islands. Open Door Miami focuses on high-end luxury properties, both homes and condominiums throughout South Florida.

Their tenacity and dedication to their craft, level of customer service, and expertise in their field have earned them many accolades including: Masters Brokers Forum-Top 250 Agents in South Florida, Certified Previews International Property Specialist, Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate, Power Women in Real Estate as featured in the Sunpost, 2005, Wimbish Riteway’s Winner’s Circle, and Active Members of the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches. The greatest achievement the pair has accomplished was while they were with Coldwell Banker, The Members of the Legend Society. This membership represents the top ¼ of 1 percent of all Coldwell Banker Sales Associates Worldwide.

Most recently Bonnie and Ilene have made the decision to join forces with Turnberry International Realty. The team at One Door Miami is comprised of Bonnie Brooks, Ilene Tessler, Joanna Tessler, Michele Tessler Berlowitz, and Jennifer Bienstock.

Michele Tessler Berlowitz has been working with Bonnie and Ilene for 12 years, and not only has she been with the team the longest-she is also the daughter of Ilene Tessler. Upon college graduation Michele worked to obtain her Real Estate License and never looked back. Ilene’s other daughter, Joanna Tessler, is also an agent at Open Door Miami. Both of the Tessler girls grew up in the world of Real Estate and the field comes naturally to them. One could say this is a family oriented business!

Joanna Tessler fondly recalls tagging along with her mother on many showings while growing up. Joanna began her real estate career selling properties in Manhattan with Halstead Properties, and returned to Miami several years ago to start a family of her own and join the successful team of Open Door Miami.

“It’s a true family affair. We live, love and sell Miami,” said Brooks and Tessler. “We love our product: It’s what we call home.”

Jennifer Bienstock began her career in real estate in 2000 as in intern for one of the co-owners of Wimbish-Riteway Realtors. Jennifer graduated from the University of Florida in August of 2000 earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Wimbish-Riteway became Jennifer’s full time career upon graduation, which later became Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. Jennifer is a valued team member at Open Door Miami and successful in her endeavors.
